The definition of a vacation is "planned time spent not working." I find myself doing the "planning" part of the vacation more than the few days that I end up "not working." I love researching faraway lands, looking up flights from Detroit to New Zealand (just to see if they've become reasonable this week!), reading reviews of all-inclusive Caribbean resorts, and all of the things that come with preparing for the trip of a lifetime. I fall in love with a new location each day, and want to visit every one. I do the research, I find amazing deals, and, sometimes, I end up actually taking these journeys.
If I'm doing the planning anyway, I might as well give you a chance to snag some of these unbelievable vacation deals for yourselves. I can only ask my friends to take a 14-night Transatlantic cruise for $514 (because it's cheaper if you have 3-4 people!) so many times before they tell me to quit dreaming. But I won't stop dreaming or planning, and I'll post all of my finds here for you to consider and dream about with me.
